Let us all take a moment to know about the legendary enemy of sleep. Yes, it’s the same potion that keeps us awake to do that tedious bit of work. Caffeine has undoubtedly hooked up almost the entire world. It has a lot of other benefits apart from helping you slog through your day.

Caffeine is usually associated with coffee. But contrary to popular belief, its tea which contains a naturally higher amount of caffeine.

But caffeine in the tea we consume is less than that in coffee. This is because a substantial amount of caffeine is removed from tea during the process of brewing.

But there are teas like oolong tea which contain a higher amount of caffeine on account of its short brewing time.
